Football has evolved a lot in recent years. The sportswear is not the same as it used to be, the ball is different, the boots have lost their traditional shape and are no longer what they used to be, and the playing fields not only look different, but are also professionally designed and maintained.
The management of clubs worldwide is also linked to these changes. Those who work and manage in this industry need continuous training and the generation of new ideas to stay ahead of the curve. Advances in the commercialization of television rights have not only generated exponential growth in the business but have also made it global. Many clubs now have more fans outside their country than in their own. Brands partner with properties that compete in local leagues to promote their products in global markets.
All this change is accompanied by training and development in different areas of the business. The dedication and passion for the club must be complemented by knowledge in areas related to club management, financial and legal affairs, the implementation of football management strategies and models, and the development of plans.
Global Marketing and Communication, Leadership tools in an industry that manages people, Innovation as a strategic policy for growth, and Stadium management, where competition is ultimately resolved.
Europe, the birthplace of this beautiful sport, is at the forefront of training specialists in football management. The generalist has given way to the specialist trained to lead activities related to the sport. Professional development of resources in sports management is an activity that is growing at the same pace as the industry itself. This evolution in training has been slower in Latin America. Many leading figures in our industry are currently training in Europe to apply their knowledge to the realities of South America.
It is therefore necessary to train professionals with knowledge of our markets, drawing on best practices from the European forefront, but adapting them to the different needs and resources of those markets. In this context, Argentina is one of the leading countries in the region in training, development, and football. These strengths compel us to continue working and training to improve every day. By generating and transferring knowledge within our South American market, we create a better, stronger, and faster-growing industry. This will allow us to support the development of club management, human resources, and the sport of football itself.

“The Diploma program is a space that football needs to improve and professionalize club management, thanks to the exchange of experiences with those already part of this industry. It's a way to incorporate knowledge from the day-to-day reality of institutions, which helps to train and understand in depth how the different organizations that make up football function.”

“I had the pleasure and the pleasant surprise and joy of completing the Diploma in Football Entity Management. We learned a great deal; it was an 8-month course, 32 classes, and everything was very enjoyable and participatory. It exceeded my expectations. There was a strong human element, a wealth of information that we'll keep for the future, and the interpersonal relationships with everyone were excellent. There were 25 students. I highly recommend it.”
Currently, there is a wide range of job opportunities for those trained in the management of sports institutions, clubs, government organizations, sports secretariats, sports directorates, and private companies in the sports industry, all of which are now seeking qualified professionals to work within their structures.
