The challenge for bio-inputs is no longer just about technological innovation, but about achieving their real-world adoption in the production system. In a rapidly evolving market, companies and professionals in the sector need to develop new business strategies, understand the barriers to adoption, and translate the technical value of biological solutions into concrete proposals for agricultural producers.
The Focused Program on the Adoption of Agricultural Bio-inputs was designed to address precisely that challenge: how to develop markets, build channels, communicate value and support processes of incorporation of biologicals in real production contexts.
A proposal that integrates strategic vision, applied knowledge and deep understanding of the “last mile”.
A training program designed for those seeking to transform biological innovation into adoption and sustainable commercial development.

The development of biological solutions for agriculture has grown steadily in recent years. However, the technical validation of a product does not guarantee its actual incorporation into production systems. The adoption of bio-inputs presents specific challenges related to producer perception, building trust, communicating results, and developing commercial strategies adapted to the particularities of this market.
In this context, marketing bio-inputs requires much more than technical knowledge. It requires understanding how to translate agronomic benefits into perceived value, how to support change processes in decision-making, and how to structure commercial proposals, channels, and market development models aligned with the real dynamics of the agricultural sector.
From this perspective, we developed the Focused Program on the Adoption of Agricultural Bio-inputs as a proposal aimed at integrating strategic vision, commercial tools and applied understanding of the "last mile" problem, providing concrete criteria to promote adoption processes and sustainable growth in the biologicals industry.
