The CEAg. seeks the Strengthening agri-food value chains and institutions related to them, such as a engine of long-term human, economic and social development for Argentina. This impulse is carried out through the training for professionals of the sector, but also through applied research, with a high academic level, from Rosario and with influence at the national and international level.
The applied research area of the Agribusiness and Food Center sets the following objectives:
Generate a area of reflection and analysis of the main problems and challenges that agribusiness will face, in order to to become the drivers of economic and social development in Argentina and the region in the medium and long term.
Develop a “powerhouse” for generating thought (discussion forums, knowledge and ideas) for agribusiness and food.
Integrate research and teaching activities, developing its own expertise in areas of knowledge applied to agribusiness and food that have not been explored so far.
