The Diploma program starts from a General Theory of Human Rights which seeks to understand them as essentially harmonious and coexisting with each other and with public goods. They are provided within it. modern theoretical and practical foundations that involve procedures, tests and analyses that allow decisions that achieve such harmonization.
Based on this vision, the second module studies specific rights, seeking to define the essential content of each one, while also providing training in the decision making appropriate in the different cases that arise.
The final module addresses issues relating to the litigation in the area of Human Rights, involving both the strategic aspects, such as their domestic protection mechanisms and the international protection bodies and tools.
➤ Incorporation of knowledge necessary to anticipate, address and, where appropriate, advise and litigate in domestic or international cases related to a human right.
➤ Encouraging debate among participants, and openness to the approaches of different operators of rights protection systems, both local and international.

The course of the Diploma in Human Rights of the Universidad AustralThe online format has been one of my most enriching academic experiences. The pedagogical commitment and academic level of the professors, as well as the content provided, make Human Rights accessible to everyone. Opening the doors to these rights for all people, whether or not they are lawyers, is a fundamental aspect of this Diploma program. The online format allowed me to complete it, which I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise, since I live in Patagonia. It's important to highlight that this format enabled me to enrich my learning through exchanges with people committed to Human Rights from all over the country. The plurality of voices and positions expressed in the exchanges and debates, characterized by their excellent academic quality and intellectual honesty, have made this experience unique. The online format not only made it easier for me to manage my time for work, classes, and study, but it also opened doors to other educational and academic facets. Thank you so much for everything!

Having completed the Diploma in Human Rights was a very enriching experience, and among its many positive aspects, I would highlight the faculty. We had professors who work in academia, as well as in independent professional practice or in various human rights organizations. One of the most noteworthy aspects of the Diploma in Human Rights is the level and depth with which the different topics were addressed and the use of the case study method. The course is very well organized, allowing students to have the study materials in advance and to make the most of the classes and benefit from the discussions with other students. The Diploma in Human Rights has an excellent academic standard and a faculty comprised of both Argentine and international professors. The experience was very enriching because it provides a space for debate on current issues.
