Therefore, it is a characteristic that those who take our postgraduate courses, programs and seminars come from both the public sector - national or provincial, including officials from the three branches of government - and the private sector.

The Department's scientific research objective is reflected not only in these activities but also in the creation of forums where, based on in-depth study, current issues in Administrative Law are debated. Periodically, members of the Department's faculty and visiting professors meet to address matters of academic interest within a framework of scientific exchange and discussion.

The Annual Administrative Law Conferences hold a special place, bringing together professors from various national and international, public and private universities for over nine years, who are invited to speak on a common theme. A highly positive outcome of these conferences is the publication, in a single volume, of all the lectures given at each event.
