ALTAMIRA UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE
Located inside the Pilar Campus, where the undergraduate degree buildings are located Universidad Austral, the IAE Business School and the Austral Business Park, and close to Austral University HospitalThis residence constitutes a comprehensive educational proposal articulated with the Universidad AustralIt facilitates a sustainable lifestyle and offers a suitable environment for studying in a warm and welcoming setting. The residence is located opposite the university's sports complex and is accessed through the same entrance as the sports field on Av. Perón.
It has the capacity to 40 female students in single rooms with en-suite bathroom, and admission to the residence is subject to availability and completion of the application process.

- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Grill.

ARBOLEDA TRAINING CENTER
Located within the Austral Business Park, this house provides comprehensive training for students and staff of the Universidad Austral and their families. Through diverse activities organized for different age groups, it promotes the ongoing and holistic development of the individual, preparing them to serve the university community and society. On different days, talks and workshops are organized that promote human, professional, spiritual, and social aspects. Some activities take place on the premises, while others, such as community service or sports events, are held in various locations in the surrounding area.
The Arboleda Training Center offers the following services:
- Fully equipped rooms for teachers.
- A study room.
- Two large meeting rooms.
- A fully equipped multipurpose room.
- A soccer field.
