As part of International Finance Week, students from the Master in Finance (MEF) – Cohort 2024 completed an academic residency in New York, a key opportunity to enhance their understanding of the global market.

The program included visits to leading institutions, where students were able to interact with professionals and leaders in the international financial sector:

IESE Campus, with academic sessions taught by experts.
UN Argentina, to address issues of cooperation, development and global economy.
Citigroup – Investment Banking M&A, Latin America Department, with a focus on high-impact corporate transactions.
CFA Institute, strengthening its professional and ethical perspective in finance.

A highlight of the trip was the visit to NASDAQ, one of the world's most important and innovative stock exchanges. The experience provided firsthand insight into the workings of one of the markets that defines financial trends and technologies on a global scale.

This intensive week not only broadened the students' technical training, but also allowed them to build strategic networks and gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the international financial system.
