The School of Education of the Universidad Austral Develops with the NGO Delterra - a global organization with programs in Argentina, Brazil and Indonesia, dedicated to working on the most complex systemic environmental challenges such as waste management and the comprehensive recycling system - a training program aimed at the actors of the recycling system of the City linked to the Undersecretariat of Hygiene of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

The training program is aimed at various groups, including City Government operators with operational and technical supervision responsibilities at waste recycling plants and environmental promoters working within recycling cooperatives, dedicated to disseminating and communicating to city residents about best practices for waste separation in order to raise awareness and understanding among citizens.

Some of the topics covered include: environmental law, the environment and recycling and the current situation in Argentina; process management in recycling plants; leadership and people development; communication and conflict management; time management and personal organization; and the fundamentals of personal finance, among others.
