Objectives: In this course, we will address the challenges faced by businesses from the institutional perspective of "Family Businesses." We will develop various analytical models that allow us to distinguish between different types of family businesses, as well as the various levels of possible involvement. From each of these levels, we will reflect on how relationships are managed and the impact this has on the business, the family, and the individuals involved.
Objectives: The course content ranges from the origins of investment decisions and the theory of valuation of risky assets, addressing the effects of financing decisions, all within the framework of value-based management, continuing with what was introduced in Financial Management.

Objective: The objective of this course is to introduce students, through both theory and practice, to the most widely used applications for manipulating and processing large amounts of data generated from real-world actions in both personal and professional settings. It is hoped that this will enable participants to understand the organizational benefits of implementing a data model and its implications for strategic decision-making.
Objective: To provide the theoretical foundation of international trade and finance models with real-world applications.
