Hector holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (Catholic University of Argentina), a Bachelor's degree in Theology (UCA), and a Bachelor's degree in Sacred Theology with a specialization in Moral Theology (Università Della Santa Croce, Rome).

Professional experience for twenty years at Prefinex SA, a company dedicated to providing investment banking services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, with participation in transactions in Argentina and abroad.

Professor of Business Ethics (undergraduate programs, MBA, Master in Business Law, and Postgraduate Program in Finance) and of Morality and Social Commitment at UCA; Professor of Ethics and Theology at Faculties of the University of Salvador; Professor of Moral Theology at the University of the North Santo Tomás de Aquino (UNSTA); Visiting Professor of Business Ethics at universities and institutes specializing in Economics and Finance.
