José holds a Master of Business Administration degree (University of Bridgeport, CT, USA) and is an Industrial Engineer (UCA, Buenos Aires, Argentina). He is a certified Strategy Manager Officer and has completed several management programs in Argentina and abroad.

He has over 25 years of experience in multinational companies and professional services. He currently serves as Managing Partner of Tantum Group Argentina and Mexico.

He has led numerous planning, strategic management and innovation projects in various large and medium-sized companies in the financial, telecommunications, energy, services, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, technology sectors and also in the public sector.

Some of the consulting and implementation projects in Mexico were: Tax Administration Service, Federal Mortgage Society, Roche, BIC, Monsanto, Compartamos Banco, GM, Biomerieux, Banamex Insurance, VW Financial Services, Ally, Insignia Life, Cinepolis, Grupo Proa, Confederation of Industrial Chambers and Engenium Capital, among others.

In Argentina, Oracle Latam, Pepsico, Mapfre, Ilolay, Sparkling, Profertil, Iron Mountain, Daimler Chrysler Financiera, BayerCropscience, Alicorp, Telefónica, Ingredion, Promedon, Tarjeta Naranja, Alladio, LJ Ramos, Banco Provincia de BsAs and the National Securities Commission among others.

She was responsible for the adaptation and translation for Latin America of several books by Kaplan & Norton: Strategy Focused Organization, Strategic Maps, Alignment, and Execution Premium, and has organized events such as summits and seminars on the subject with these professors. She has supported several Latin American organizations that have won the Hall of Fame in their Balanced Scorecard implementation process and in their application for the award.

She began her professional career at Esso Argentina and, after completing her MBA in the USA, continued at Sony Spain in various marketing and sales positions before launching Sony BPLA operations in Buenos Aires. In 2000, she joined HSM Group, where she held leadership positions in Buenos Aires and Mexico City. In 2003, she began her consulting work at Tantum Group Argentina and later expanded to Mexico.

José is a regular speaker at forums and seminars on the subject in Latin America, he is a postgraduate professor at several universities such as Anahuac University and UP Guadalajara in Mexico and he is a professor of Business Policy at the Faculty of Business Sciences at the Universidad AustralPilar, Buenos Aires.

He was selected by the Fulbright Commission to pursue his MBA in the United States.

He represented Argentina in the first Rugby World Cup in 1987 and in the 1988 World University Rugby Championship in the Los Pumas team.

He is married to Paula and has 4 children: Jaime, Joaquín, María and José, with whom he resides in Pilar.
