María Gabriela is a lawyer from the University of the Argentine Social Museum, and holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Torcuato Di Tella University.

She joined the General Directorate of Taxation in 1989, performing various management and administrative functions until October 2024, when she took advantage of retirement benefits. Among these, she was the Technical Legal Advisor for senior areas of the former Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP), now the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA).

During his time in public administration, he held operational leadership positions in various departments, acquiring theoretical and practical expertise in tax matters.

In his early professional career in the private sector, he worked in litigation in various law firms, gaining initial experience in the profession.

She is currently an associate professor in the Faculty of Business Sciences at Universidad Austral of Tax Procedure, in the Chairs of Fundamentals of Taxation, Taxes II and, from 2019, of Administrative Law in the Chair of Public Law and Administration.

He has completed continuing education programs in Universities and Public Management fields, focused on didactics, humanistic development and management.
