Master of Business Administration (IAEShe is a Certified Public Accountant (UBA), graduating with honors from both universities. She is also a Professional Ontological Coach (AACOP/FICOP), supporting individuals and organizations in achieving their goals.

She began her professional career at one of the Big Four audit/consulting firms, where she participated in significant due diligence and M&A processes for leading companies in the consumer goods sector. She continued her professional development at a multinational company in the agrochemical sector, holding regional leadership positions in various areas: Business Performance, Management Control and Internal Control, and Operational Excellence. She also led global projects involving business reorganization, ERP system implementation, and cultural change, among others. In addition, she consulted for companies, collaborating on change management and business development processes.

Currently, he combines his work as a coach, supporting leaders and organizations in their development, with his academic work as a professor of Costs and Financial Statements at the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Universidad Austral.
