First Argentine journal to be indexed in Scopus

The editorial team of the magazine Austral Communication This week, he received news of his acceptance for inclusion in the Scopus database.

Scopus is a multidisciplinary database of citations, abstracts, and scholarly literature. It also provides researchers with information on relevant and peer-reviewed research, identifies experts, and offers access to data, metrics, and analytical tools.

It is the first Argentine communication journal to be included in Scopus. Austral CommunicationFurthermore, it is indexed by Web of Science (WOS), from Clarivate, in the Emerging Citation Index.

Both WOS and Scopus are international databases that give greater visibility to scientific production.

At the same time, the editorial team is working to participate in open access initiatives for the dissemination of science.
