In November, our Headquarters Rosario The University once again hosted the most anticipated event for students and the local entrepreneurial community, the Austral Entrepreneur Award.

In this eighth edition of the competition, our 4th year students presented their final business projects to a jury of experts, with the aspiration of obtaining recognition and the possibility of incubating their project.

The projects presented offered innovative solutions to optimize a wide range of services, from the food and hospitality sector to the mechanical industry, as well as the standardization of clothing sizes for e-commerce. In addition, the creative proposals included stimulating beverages made from natural juice and caffeine extracted from yerba mate, solid fertilizers based on poultry waste that boost the agricultural industry, and the production and marketing of lactonbionic acid for the cosmetics sector.

Among the six participating teams, three managed to stand out and be crowned winners of this final stageThe winning teams will have the opportunity to participate in the University's Incubation Program. Rosario through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab – LINE. Under this program, we support the development of projects to transform them into viable products with great potential. During 2025, they will receive specialized advice from various stakeholders in the Southern Cone Community, as well as from public and private actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, in addition to financial incentives to put their projects into practice. startup created.
