4. Obtaining and Managing Consent

The University may share data with technology and service providers acting as data processors under a confidentiality agreement and with the guarantees of Law 25.326.

The data is never sold, transferred, or commercialized to third parties for their own purposes. It may be disclosed to public bodies only when required by law.

Applications submitted by minors are provisional until the verification of admission requirements and accreditation of conformity or intervention of their legal representatives when required by applicable regulations or institutional rules.

12. Updates to This Policy

The University reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect regulatory, organizational, or technological changes. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website with a new effective date. For substantial changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

It is recommended that you review this policy periodically. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the published changes.
