She holds a degree and teaching certification in Educational Sciences from the University of San Andrés. She is a specialist in Educational System Management and Leadership from FLACSO and a master's candidate in Educational Administration at Torcuato Di Tella University, where she researches policies for the transformation of secondary education in Argentina.

Coordinates the Bachelor's Degree in Educational Organization and Management at the Universidad Austral and works as a lecturer in that field at the Institute of Family Sciences of Universidad Austral, and at the Catholic University of the Missions.

She was the academic secretary of the Faculty of Humanities (UCAMI) and held management positions at the Catholic University of Argentina and the Santa María Higher Institute (Misiones). She worked as Coordinator of Educational Programs at the Ministry of Education of the City of Buenos Aires. She has advised national and regional organizations on educational policies.

She currently leads the Transforming Secondary School Program in Misiones and is a technical-pedagogical reference for the Guacurarí Platform, of the Ministry of Education of Misiones.

She is the author of academic and popular articles, and co-author of the book Transforming secondary school: the missionary experience.
