Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, in 1982.

He has been teaching Constitutional Law continuously since 1986. He has been a Regular Adjunct Professor of Constitutional Law and Advanced Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure since 1997.

Since 2007 he has been Secretary of the Institute of Constitutional Policy of the National Academy of Moral and Political Sciences and is a member of the Institute of Constitutional Law of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires.

He published several articles on Constitutional Law topics in specialized journals.
He received the First Prize in Constitutional Law, in the “Coca Cola in Arts and Sciences” Competition 1986, for a work entitled: The implicit powers of the Federal Government.

He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate professor at the Catholic University of Argentina, the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES), the University of Palermo (UP), among others.

Former legal secretary of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, he worked, among other places, in the offices of Justices Julio S. Nazareno (1995-2001) and Carlos S. Fayt (2010-2015). Former Secretary General of the Council of the Judiciary of the Nation (2001-2008).
