A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires Law School, he holds a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies (CEPC) in Madrid, a specialization in Administrative and Economic Law from the Catholic University of Argentina, and a diploma in Administrative Sanctioning Law from the University of Valladolid. He is a partner at Cassagne Abogados and has a distinguished career in financial regulation, administrative sanctioning law, and anti-money laundering. He was Director of the Administrative Sanctioning Regime at the Financial Information Unit (UIF), where he led the sanctioning procedures related to the AML/CFT prevention system, and previously served as Legal Affairs Manager at PAMI (Argentina's national healthcare program for retirees and pensioners). He is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and the Catholic University of Argentina, a guest lecturer in postgraduate programs, and a member of the National Academy of Moral and Political Sciences and the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires. He is the author of academic publications and a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and seminars.
