Bachelor's and Professor of Educational Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (Honors Diploma), Higher Diploma in Social Sciences with a mention in Management of Educational Institutions (FLACSO), Higher Diploma in Social Sciences with a mention in Reading, Writing and Education (FLACSO) and Specialist in Distance Education (UNED)
With extensive experience in teaching at all levels of the education system, she has specialized in: international education, pedagogy within the framework of Teaching for Understanding and Cultures of Thinking (Harvard University Graduate School of Education) and training of teachers and managers.
She led the implementation of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme in Latin America (2007-2011) and served as a Consultant for educational projects (Inter-American Development Bank, UNICEF Argentina, Pamoja Education, International Baccalaureate Organization)
She designed and directed the Directors' Rounds Program of the Cimientos Foundation (2011-2017) and the Leadership and Management Training Program, Teachers' School, Ministry of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (2017-2020).
She is currently also a professor in the High School Management Program (PADE) at Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT), and in the Master's Program in Management, Innovation and Leadership of Educational Centers at Camilo José Cela University, Madrid, Spain.
She is also a speaker at international seminars and conferences and the author of publications on pedagogical leadership.
