This Wednesday, October 12th, an Austral University Alumni reunion was held in Rome, Italy. Participants included Lourdes Perea Muñoz, an Industrial Engineering graduate; Rosario Romero Onco, a Psychology graduate; Natalia Volpe and Mariana González Zambón, both graduates of the Faculty of Communication. Also joining them was Agustina Cannarozzo, a university professor currently specializing in Italy. María Susana Urrutia, Vice-Rector of Students and Extension, traveled from Buenos Aires.

The meeting took place on the terrace of Palazzo Navona, a hotel with incredible views in the city center. “It was an excellent afternoon. With the graduates, we talked about the difference that studying at the Universidad Austral"Learning to think, having personalized treatment, always having teachers who listen to you and encourage you to go for more," Susana said.

Furthermore, the graduates agreed that it is very valuable that the institution's faculty is made up of both practicing professionals and other professors dedicated to research and knowledge generation.

At Alumni and Professional Development, we are delighted to continue offering these spaces for our graduates to connect, share stories, memories, and fond memories, and feel close to the University once again.
