In Argentina, the labor inclusion of people with disabilities faces significant challenges. According to recent data, approximately 70% of this population is unemployed. Although some private sector companies have begun implementing inclusive policies, there is still a need to strengthen the conditions that allow for sustainable and dignified employment. Lack of information, prejudice, and inadequate workplace preparation remain persistent barriers.
