She holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Education (FLACSO), a Bachelor's degree in Education (University of Buenos Aires), and a teaching certificate in English (ICANA). She has specialized in topics related to the academic profession, educational assessment, and pedagogical and digital innovation, particularly at the university level. She directed the Innovation and Educational Quality area at the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (2017-2022). In the startup sector, she worked as Content Lead at Coderhouse (2022-2023).

She is currently the Director of Educational Innovation at Universidad Austral She is also an adjunct professor and researcher specializing in Higher Education. She is the author and co-author of several scientific articles and presentations related to topics such as teaching/academic careers, teaching evaluation, teacher training in IAG, digital training and education platforms, and ICT-mediated internationalization, among others.
