She holds a Master's degree in Educational Institution Management (UA), a Specialist degree in Management and Leadership of the Educational System and its Institutions (FLACSO), and a degree in Educational Sciences (UNLPam). She is also a Primary School Teacher and a Specialized Teacher in Adult Education and in Education for Students with Intellectual Disabilities.

Her work experience has been as a primary school teacher, adult education literacy teacher, and secondary school principal in a privately managed public school.

Currently, she works as a teacher in the Specialization and Master's Program in Educational Institution Management at the School of Education of the Universidad AustralShe accompanies master's students as a tutor in the preparation of their Final Master's Project and provides on-site advice to management teams of educational institutions.
