Marisa is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from UADE, and is a Professional Ontological Coach certified by AACOP and FICOP. She has extensive experience in both academic and professional fields, with a focus on finance, costs, and organizational development.

She supports leaders and middle managers in shaping their future and managing their teams, integrating management, finance, and coaching tools to strengthen decision-making. She facilitates executive and in-company programs at institutions such as Instituto Madero and Argentina For All.

She works as an Associate Professor in undergraduate and graduate programs at the Universidad Austral, the University of Buenos Aires and the University of San Isidro. Previously, she was Academic Director and Associate Professor at UADE between 2004 and 2018. In addition, she is co-author of books in the field of accounting, with both practical and theoretical contributions.
