The labor court enabled the way for the national government to reach the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation with the extraordinary appeal it filed against the precautionary measure obtained by the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), which suspended the labor chapter of the Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU) 70/2023 issued by President Javier Milei (La Libertad Avanza).
