The Supreme Court's precedents are adverse to Javier Milei's mega-decree

Judging by the Supreme Court's established doctrine , President Javier Milei's mega-decree of necessity and urgency to deregulate part of the economic activity would not pass the constitutionality test . It wouldn't even make it past the courts, and if it did reach the Supreme Court, it would have little chance of survival.
