Arriving at the address: a leap into the void

In the global educational landscape, the role of the school principal is fundamental to ensuring the quality of teaching. However, in Argentina, the training and professional development of these educational leaders present significant shortcomings. While other Latin American countries are moving toward more robust and effective models, the preparation of principals in Argentina remains insufficient, limiting their capacity to lead effectively. This article examines the main deficiencies in the training of Argentine school principals, contrasting them with examples from other countries in the region.
