As has become public knowledge, the National Executive Branch (PEN), through resolution 47/2024 signed by the Minister of Justice, Mariano Cúneo Libarona, created the Commission for the Comprehensive Reform of the Corporate Legal Regime (1) which must deliver two projects that cover the General Law of Companies No. 19550, and the Law of Support for Entrepreneurial Capital No. 27349, “in the part corresponding to the “Simplified Stock Company” (SAS), which will then be submitted to the Honorable Congress of the Nation for its treatment.
