Doctorate in Education in the Universidad AustralCurrently enrolled. Master's degree in Educational Institution Management and Bachelor's and Professor's degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Argentina.
Her undergraduate thesis investigated leadership development in young professionals, and her master's thesis focused on leadership and teacher support in educational innovation management. Her doctoral dissertation explores the development of virtues in school leaders within the framework of Character Education.
She is a professor at the Catholic University of Argentina in the Department of Education, in the Teacher Training Programs and in the Bachelor's Degree in Inclusive and Effective Education. She also teaches at the Austral School of Education, in several courses: Research Methodology (MIE - LOGE); Integration Seminar (SIN - EDIE); Contemporary Educational Debates (DEC - PU).

She began her career in human resources consulting, focusing on talent acquisition and development. She then shifted her focus and specialization to education, working in guidance teams and also in management at all three compulsory education levels.
Currently, in addition to her teaching work, she works as an advisor on Leadership and Learning issues in schools, conducting training and consulting projects.
