Social Welfare Organizations and the State: an example of the shortcomings of not addressing the conflict as a collective process

On May 27, 2024, in the case "Superintendence of Health Services (SSN) v. OSDE and others re: Amparo" (File No. 9610/2024), motivated by the increases applied by the prepaid medicine companies, an agreement was reached between the SSN and the Social Security Organizations which, in essence, It anticipates that these will return to their members the amounts they have charged above the CPI during January, February, March, April and May of 2024, applying the passive rate of the National Bank (BNA).
