Businesses are calling for a tax reform different from the IMF's: who would pay more and who would pay less under each proposal?

The debate surrounding Argentina's upcoming tax reform already has at least two very different perspectives. On the one hand, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has recommended broadening the tax base of some national taxes to sustain revenue and improve the system's efficiency; on the other hand, the main business associations maintain that Argentina's tax problem lies elsewhere.
