With nearly 100 students enrolled and under the direction of Dr. Claudio Enrique Righetti, we launched the first edition of a diploma program designed to meet the growing demand for AI skills in the job market. It is the first 100% AI-focused diploma program offered by the Faculty of Engineering.

Why is a Diploma in AI relevant?

This diploma provides an invaluable opportunity for students to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a world driven by artificial intelligence.

What does the Diploma in AI offer?

Through an online course taught by professors with extensive academic and professional experience, we seek to promote innovation and technological advancement, address the social and economic impacts of AI, facilitate professional updating and retraining, and foster interdisciplinarity among professionals from different fields.

What are the main objectives?

  • To provide students with the theoretical and practical frameworks related to Artificial Intelligence.

  • To deepen knowledge of the fundamental principles of Artificial Intelligence.

  • To learn about and delve deeper into the techniques and tools of Artificial Intelligence (including Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative Artificial Intelligence).

  • Acquire knowledge in the different cross-cutting applications that Artificial Intelligence has in all fields.

Due to high demand, we opened two courses that started this week, in which professionals from all over the country and 6 students from abroad are participating.
