On Monday, June 8, it began Diploma in Educational Innovation in Schools with an initial in-person meeting in the Province of Tucumán. This training proposal from the School of Education of the Universidad Austral It is intended for secondary school principals in the province.

The opening ceremony took place in the Sacred Heart School of Tucumán and will be attended by Minister of Education, Prof. Susana Montaldo, The Director of the Directorate of Public Education for Privately Managed StudentsAccountant Roberto Day, the Deputy Director of Public Education for Privately Managed Schools Guadalupe Corral, the Secretary of State for Education, Prof. Gabriela Gallardo, the Director of Secondary Education, Prof. Rosa CasaresSupervisors of the provincial education system. The Diploma course is organized around four modules:

• School Climate : explores the potential of institutions to build well-being environments, addressing emotional, socio-emotional and character education.
• Innovative ManagementIt addresses the current challenges of school leadership, team building, and the managerial role in institutional transformation processes.
• Active MethodologiesIt introduces project-based and challenge-based learning, 21st-century skills, and STEM and socio-emotional competencies.
• "Projects in Action" Workshop: where participants are supported in the development of a specific institutional improvement project or plan, under a tutoring scheme.

This launch marks the beginning of a training journey that seeks to strengthen the capabilities of management teams to lead innovation processes in their schools.
