Vision

Our vision is to be an industry-leading consultancy for developing productivity improvement projects. We aim to be a hub for promoting and building a productive culture within our industry.

Our mission is to provide training on new production technologies aimed at improving productivity.
To build, through dissemination, a productive industrial culture.

 

Develop, in a comprehensive manner, production processes (from the conception of the idea to its implementation, including economic analysis and financial tools) and optimize existing processes, always from a productive perspective.

 

The objective of this laboratory is to analyze and improve the productivity of manufacturing processes in the industry, based on engineering philosophies and techniques that will then be applied to our clients' needs.

  • Dissemination of lean manufacturing engineering philosophy that aims to improve processes and eliminate waste.
  • Industrial design of new products through our CAD/CAM workstations that allow an advantage in speed, precision and clarity of the developed models.
  • Vibration analysis in manufacturing processes for predictive maintenance
