The Leaders' Vision 2023

1. To continue at a faster pace with the organization's digital transformation process already initiated this year, which will allow us to manage with more and better information, boost innovation in the services we offer, and allow us, at the same time, to be more efficient in operational terms.
2. Managing social mood, particularly in our community.
We do a great deal to support our community and provide adequate care for our students. However, the socio-economic context makes this difficult, forcing us to focus much of our attention on addressing the impact of a situation whose variables are beyond our control. Investing that energy in developing new projects and innovating our programs would allow us to achieve certain objectives more quickly.
3. To have a patronage law that incentivizes companies to invest in R&D through the Universitieswhich would greatly enhance the role of research.
It is also important to have adequate incentives that encourage entrepreneurship for the creation of technology-based companies developed in university ecosystems.
