From December 10th onwards, and even before, the agro-bioindustrial sector will face the challenge—in light of the new government—of presenting its demands, defending its interests, and reiterating its long-standing claims regarding public policies for the sector. Past experiences with different governments and with politics in general have not yielded the expected results. At the very least, a change in strategy is necessary to better position its interests on the public agenda.
