1. The building will open between October and November and will be primarily intended for entrance courses for the 2025 academic year.
2. It will have two classrooms with space for 60 people, a smart cities laboratory and coworking spaces.
3. The headquarters will be part of the Nordelta project by Área Beta, which consists of a mixed-use urban development center and services of approximately 38 hectares.
