For the second year in a row, the School of Education of the Universidad Austral and the IAE Business School, in conjunction with the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is carrying out a management training program aimed at directors of public schools at the initial, primary and secondary levels.

As part of the teacher recruitment process held in 2025, 133 principals who assumed their positions in February 2026 will participate throughout the year in a professional development program focused on enhancing their leadership skills. The program employs an experiential methodology that emphasizes the analysis of real-world situations, peer interaction, and the collaborative development of solutions applicable to their specific institutional context.

The curriculum design integrates six thematic axes that will be carried out from April to October, each one led by specialists with extensive experience in the field:

Potential management

Team management and cultural transformation

School management. Transforming educational institutions

Communication

The initiative is part of the commitment of the School of Education of the Universidad Austral to contribute to strengthening the education system by training those who lead it.
