The economy would lose USD 6.700 billion due to the drop in grain production and prices.

The Argentine economy would lose more than US$6.700 billion this year due to the fall in production and prices of the soybean, corn and sunflower complexes, crops that were not only affected by the untimely appearance of pests such as the leafhopper, but also by the fall in international prices, which depreciated the value of the 2023/24 harvest.
