Just a few days ago, specifically on February 12, the Third Chamber of the Federal Court of Criminal Cassation issued a landmark ruling in the case "GGM and others (exp. CPE 1586/2017/TO2/CFC1)" that stands as a precedent that will be studied not only in the tax and social security world - although there were certainly several already decided in the same sense by the Chamber and the Supreme Court - but also in the philosophy of law and the general part of criminal law.
