Government Affairs Manager for BASF in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. Political scientist from the University of San Andrés and Master in Public Policy from the Universidad Austral from Argentina and the Maxwell School at Syracuse University (ranked #1 in Public Management in the U.S.). With 10 years of experience in the public sector, he has held various positions, including Deputy Chief of Staff and National Director of Institutional Relations and Federal Integration at the Ministry of Modernization of Argentina. As a consultant, he worked as a Senior Manager of Digital Transformation at PwC, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the PAD Foundation, among others. He is the Director of the Diploma Program in Digital Transformation and GovTech at the Universidad Austral He is also a professor in the digital government course within the Master's program in Public Policy. He has extensive experience in training young leaders, having founded a leadership school that has trained over 2000 young people. He is also the author of a book on this experience, "Rethinking Political Leadership" (kas.de), supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He has been a recipient of prestigious leadership scholarships from programs such as KAS, the Carolina Foundation, and Fulbright. Juan was selected as a Hubert Humphrey Fellow (2021-2022) in the field of "innovation and digital transformation" and, more recently, in 2023, was selected by GLASS as a GovTech pioneer.
