At the Digital Transformation Center, we carry out Transfer projects, supporting companies on their journey toward efficiency and competitiveness through the adoption of digital capabilities.
A holistic approach
Based on the theoretical model proposed by Acatech in the Industrie 4.0 Maturity Index We understand digital capabilities in a comprehensive manner, encompassing not only technological resources and information systems, but also organizational culture, work methodologies, and relationships with clients and suppliers.
Diagnostic and Roadmap Projects*
Awareness and alignment with the strategy
- Preliminary survey and analysis of general company data
- Leveling training on Digital Transformation.
- Workshop on integration and profiling of strategic goals.
Diagnosis of the current state
- Analysis of the company's maturity status, focusing on processes that add value.
- Visits to the facilities and interviews with management and those responsible for the various areas.
Roadmap Development
- Development of a Digital Transformation Roadmap focused on overall strategic objectives and priorities.
- Presentation of the Roadmap, with general information on the identified improvement projects.
- Meeting to define next steps.
*Depending on the project's characteristics, we work alongside our strategic partner, Onward Partners, using its Industry 4.0 Maturity Platform.

Training and awareness:
Workshops and talks on key concepts of digital transformation, its value, stages, methodologies, and enabling technologies.
Objective: Build a shared vision of digital transformation and its impact on the organization.
Interactive workshops:
Collaborative spaces for companies to assess their management and digital capabilities, identify challenges and opportunities, and share experiences.
Objective: Obtain a clear diagnosis of the current situation and learn from other success stories.
Personalized assistance and consulting:
Individualized support to analyze the maturity status, design a digitalization action plan, and support its implementation.
Objective: Promote digital transformation in a comprehensive and tailored manner.
