Lawyer from the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of Mendoza, Master in Administrative Law from the Universidad Austral and LL.M. by Harvard Law School.

He is a Professor at the National University of Cuyo and at the Universidad AustralShe has worked on issues related to freedom of expression, political rights, internet freedoms, access to public information and transparency in Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Guatemala, Chile, Panama, the United States, Colombia and Bolivia.

He has published the book “Reasonable Decisions. Towards the use of the principle of reasonableness in administrative motivation” (Ed. Marcial Pons, 2014) and several articles on Human Rights, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law
