SFERA Experience It is a collaborative space for social innovation organized by the Camilo José Cela University of Madridwhere Ibero-American students work in teams to create impactful solutions.

In this edition, the projects addressed solutions related to the Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 7 (sustainable energy) and/or SDG 13 (climate action).

A team of graduates from the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad Austral created GreenSphere, a startup that creates a bridge between different actors to measure, reduce and offset the carbon footprint through a subscription model geared towards SMEs.

This project earned them an Honorable Mention for Innovation, which allows them to access a 100% scholarship for an online postgraduate degree at UCJC. We congratulate María Cristina Priore, Sol María Zunino and Ignacio Etiennot for the great work done.

In addition to the recognition, the students had the opportunity to build a global network and participate in a week of activities, conferences, and training modules at the Universidad Austral, where students, recent graduates and professors from 14 countries and 16 universities in the region gathered.
