In Gabriela's words: "I believe in the role of the designer as a rational and creative being simultaneously. I believe that through observation of the world and self-knowledge, inquiry and curiosity will always lead us to generate the best results to change the world from our role as designers. For me, it is of utmost importance to be able to connect what one loves, what one does, and what one works on; and it is the only way for a designer to contribute value to the community to which they belong."
