Gabriela holds a PhD in Public Communication (Faculty of Information Sciences, University of La Laguna, Tenerife – Spain). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, University of Buenos Aires). She is a professor at the Faculty of Communication (Universidad Austral) as holder of the chairs Audiovisual storytelling, Audiovisual Production Workshop and de Contemporary cultural content, in the degree and in Audiovisual Narrative Analysis, Quality in Communication and Content Analysis in the Doctorate in Social Communication and in the Master's in Communication Management in Organizations and in Content Management at the Graduate School (Universidad Austral).

She is a Researcher at the Faculty of Communication of the Universidad Austral in the area of ​​Audiovisual Storytelling and TV and Quality and Coordinator of the Argentine Television Observatory (headquartered in the Universidad Austral). She has given seminars and courses on her specialty and has presented collaborations in the UNESCO Archives collection and in popular science magazines and is part of the Orbicom network of UNESCO chairs and the RedInav network of researchers in audiovisual narratives.
