Florence Daura, Bachelor's degree in Psychopedagogy from the University of Salvador (Buenos Aires, Argentina), Master's degree in Educational Center Management from Villanueva University (Madrid, Spain), Doctorate in Educational Sciences from the National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina). 

Adjunct Researcher at CONICET-Universidad Austral. Tenured Professor at the School of Education of the Universidad Austral; academic unit in which she also serves as Secretary of Research and director of the Doctorate in Education.

Her research focuses on character education: the effect of developing virtues and socio-emotional skills on academic performance and retention in university students. As a result of this work, she provides consulting services to private and public secondary and university institutions. She has also published numerous articles in scientific journals, participated in national and international conferences, contributed articles to newspapers, written book chapters, and authored four books on virtue education for children.
