Digital transformation is redefining the financial system in Latin America. In this intensive course, students will explore how fintech, digital payments, digital wallets, open finance, and digital banking are driving new business models and boosting financial inclusion in the region.
Through the analysis of real cases, collaborative work and a visit to a company in the sector, participants will understand the main challenges and opportunities of the Latin American fintech ecosystem, to finally design and present an innovative solution to a specific financial problem.
During the week, the teams will develop a fintech solution to address a real-world financial challenge in the region, integrating technological, commercial, and regulatory aspects. The program culminates with the presentation of the project to a jury.
Students will visit a leading company in the digital financial ecosystem (fintech, digital bank or payment company), where they will learn firsthand about its business model, regulatory challenges and growth strategies in Latin America.
