About Us
The Institute of Philosophy of the Universidad AustralEstablished in 2008, its main objective is to promote interdisciplinary research. As a result of this research, it aims to generate a Christian humanist perspective that philosophically underpins the various disciplines researched and taught at the institution. Universidad Austral, taking into account current approaches in contemporary science.
The Institute seeks to accommodate established researchers, alongside whom a group of young researchers, from philosophy or the scientific disciplines specific to each of the faculties, will be able to receive rigorous training. Universidad Australand who wish to orient their research towards the philosophical foundation of their own science, from an interdisciplinary perspective.
